EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
HASSLE FREE RETURNS
Products may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Whether it be a sizing issue, you don’t like the product, or you’re simply having second thoughts: you’re free to return it.
Original tags must be attached and items must be unworn/unwashed to receive a refund.
Product refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
A restocking fee will apply if the product is posted late, original tags are missing, or shows signs of wear.
Excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to restriction, refusal, or be assessed a restocking/cancellation fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure item availability, place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item for a refund. Please include your original order number in the customer notes field on your replacement order.
SHIPPING AND IN-STORE PICKUP
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
Applies to orders where all items are in stock
Does not apply to orders that include items with production lead time notices (pre-order).
Does not apply to orders with different billing and shipping addresses.
Shipments are dispatched during business days – Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
Deliveries will only occur during business days – Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address and phone number for delivery.
UPS requires a phone number for all orders. If they are unable to contact you, the order may be abandoned.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We only ship via UPS which includes insurance and tracking. You will have the option to choose shipping speed during checkout.
UPS Ground estimates are not guaranteed. Some orders may be held up due to weather, customs, or other unforeseeable events.
UPS Standard: 2-5 business days
UPS Expedited: 3 business days
UPS Express: 1-2 business days
Orders can be tracked directly via the UPS website using the tracking number included with your order confirmation.
If your package hasn’t arrived yet and you’re worried about receiving it:
First check your order status to verify that your order has been shipped.
Track your package on the UPS website to locate its whereabouts.
Wait the allotted shipping time period for your parcel to arrive to you.
WE FIGHT FRAUD
All orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
Orders where the bill to and ship to address do not match may be delayed in processing and may require proof of identification and proof of a valid credit card.
If address verification is required you will be asked to supply us with a copy of your photo ID as well as the credit card you paid with (cover up all of the numbers except the last 4, we need to see the last 4 digits in order to verify your information).
In some cases we may request that the ship to and bill to address be the same to reduce risk of fraudulent orders.
Should any of these requirements be deemed necessary you will be contacted via email.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Website inventory is live, products available online are in stock or available for order. On rare occasions an item in your order may be out of stock. If this is the case you will be contacted by email or phone.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged at time of sale.
Your credit card statement will show Zinman Furs as merchant.
Refunds will go back to purchasers’ credit card.
